      <image:caption>we're thrilled you're thinking about starting your journey with us! if you are new, our sculpt reformer or stretch reformer class is a great way to ease into the reformer workout. please arrive 10 minutes before class begins to meet your instructor and get a demo of the machine. for both safety and sanitary reasons, grip socks are required in all classes. don’t have any? you can purchase them in studio!  our instructors are here to help. feel free to ask questions as they guide you through the moves. while the first class may seem intimidating, our new students tend to feel more comfortable with the reformer moves after their first week of classes. $50 for a 3-class pack expires 1 month from date of purchase.</image:caption>
